Meet TMP's Mark Waddell

Mark Waddell is the proud father of his Infantry Officer son, Captain Joshua Waddell, USMC.
Mark is a retired Mustang Officer in the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams after 25 years of extensive military special operations experience. Mark was decorated for heroism, combat valor, merit and achievement. Mark then dovetailed his experience into a senior classified position. There he initiated and spearheaded projects for 28 challenged nations before becoming the President of a private foundation focused on the Horn of Africa.
Mark was retired a 100% service-disabled combat veteran. He is now CEO of Pruitt, Winston & Brothers, LLC - a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, CVE-Certified, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.
An avid humanitarian, Mark relocated to the Dallas/Fort Worth area from many moves around the world and leads on boards of nonprofit organizations that bring help, hope and healing to returning combat warriors and their families.
Joshua has served two combat tours, is decorated for combat valor, rapidly deployed to the Philippines during a humanitarian crisis, and has earned a Master's Degree from the Naval Postgraduate School. Joshua's sisters, Jordan, recently graduated from Arizona State University and, Jenna, recently graduated from Baylor University and are transitioning into new careers.
Joshua has completed two USMC Marathons and this year will be pacing his father, Mark, after six years of recovery from his combat injuries.
